• Personal Identification Info

  Your name, phone number, and support contact details used for registration, authentication, and order correspondence.

• Delivery Addresses & Coordinates

  Physical addresses (house number, street, city) and exact GPS coordinates (latitude & longitude) to guide our delivery fleet to your doorstep.

• Order & Payment History

  Purchased items, subscription details, transaction timestamps, and Razorpay Order/Payment references. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

• FCM Push Tokens

  Device identifiers used to send push notifications regarding delivery dispatches, status updates, and subscription renewals.

We use your collected data strictly for operational fulfillment:

• Dispatching our delivery team of 10 boys and 5 vans to your correct address.
• Providing real-time order tracking and estimating exact delivery times (within the 1-hour promise).
• Generating daily subscription tasks for automated deliveries and scheduling renewals.
• Processing payments securely via integrated gateway partners (Razorpay).
• Sending automated push alerts for completed dispatches and collected 20L empty cans.
• Assessing analytics at our Kasam Bhatti RO plant to manage inventory and demand.

Your data is stored securely in encrypted MongoDB databases. We utilize standard SSL/TLS protocols for all transmissions. Access to the admin dashboard and consumer details is strictly limited to authenticated administrator roles, protected by secure JSON Web Token (JWT) keys.

We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with critical infrastructure partners (Razorpay for payment gateway, Firebase for push notifications).

You maintain full control over your personal data. You can delete saved delivery addresses from your profile at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your Gulab Jal account, please contact our support desk at the email below.
